How Do I Make an Appointment?

Before making an appointment, make sure you have all necessary documents. If you arrive for your appointment without the required documents, it will not be possible to process your visa.

All visa appointments should be made through the following website: http://ksa.us-visaservices.com. You will purchase a Personal Identification Number (PIN) which will allow you to choose an appointment date. This PIN will give you 3 scheduling opportunities so that you can schedule an appointment and reschedule it up to 2 additional times if necessary. Please note that you may not change or cancel your appointment within 2 business days of the appointment. Your PIN will expire 10 days after your appointment date. If you do not schedule an appointment, your PIN will expire 90 days after purchase. It is possible to cancel an appointment at one post in Saudi Arabia and reschedule it at another post using the same PIN.

Note to Students and Exchange Visitors:

If you have received your I-20 or do not know your SEVIS number, please enter N000000000 (N followed by 9 zeros) in order to make an appointment online.

Do you have a medical emergency?

If you have a medical emergency, you may access the "emergency appointment" option on the visa appointment website after you have completed routine process and set your appointment date. You may then submit a request for an expedited appointment date, with the justification, and you will be contacted directly if the decision is made to grant you an emergency appointment.

Note:

We do NOT accept visa appointments by e-mail, fax or telephone, except in case of extreme medical emergency. We do not accept walk-in interviews or visitors.

Only those with appointments will be admitted to the Visa Section.
