U.S. Consul General Receives a Gift from a Saudi Painter

Following her inauguration for the art exhibition of Artist Taghrid Al Bughshi in Jeddah lately, Ms. Tatiana C. Gfoeller, U.S. Consul General, received last week a painting as an appreciation gift from the artist.
Due to the absence of artist Al Bughshi, Dr. Ahmed Hashim, Director of the First Modern School in Jeddah, represented her and not only delivered her painting but another piece of art from his own work to Ms. Gfoeller at the Consulate General in Jeddah.
U.S. Consul General expressed her gratitude at receiving such nice pieces of art from talented Saudi artists and praised all Saudi artists.
She remarked that these cultural exchanges would strengthen the close ties between the United States and Saudi Arabia.
