Non-Immigrant Visas

At this time the U.S. Consulate General in Jeddah has been authorized by the U.S. Department of State to resume limited non-immigrant visa services and to accept applications from the Jeddah area for the following select categories:

  • A visas for diplomats and government officials traveling on official business for the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia;
  • G visas for employees and representatives to international organizations traveling on official business;
  • F visas for students;
  • J visas for government-sponsored international exchange programs;
  • B1 business visas that are referred to the Consular Section by other United States Government entities.

All other visa applicants should continue to process their visa applications at the U.S. Embassy in Riyadh http://riyadh.usembassy.gov/non-immigrant_visas.html or the U.S. Consulate General in http://dhahran.usconsulate.gov/visas.html

Note: Since limited visa services in Jeddah are available four time per month only, it may be faster for Western Region applicants to apply in Riyadh.
