How do I pay the Non-Immigrant Visa application fee?
The Congress of the United States requires American consulates and embassies to collect a $131 (SAR 4998) Machine Readable Visa (MRV) application fee for each application. All non-immigrant visa applicants must pay the nonrefundable visa application fee before coming to the Consulate for their interview.
The application fee may be paid at any branch of Samba Bank: http://www.samba.com/ENGLISH/INDEX_01_01_en.html in Saudi Arabia. Applicants must bring the yellow bank receipt with them at the time of the interview.

Samba account holders may also pay the fee online at the Samba Bank website: http://www.samba.com/common/sconnect/SambaMall.jsp
The only applicants exempt from this fee are those applying for A (diplomatic), G (international organization), C-3 (diplomatic/official transit) visas and J-1 (exchange visitor program) applicants participating in certain programs funded by the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State or USAID.
