Notarial Services
Notarial Services are at the Consular Section from 1:00 to 3:00pm - Saturday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday (except U.S. and Saudi holidays).
If the document is a sworn statement or an acknowledgement, the person requiring the notary service must appear in person and sign in front of the notary. If the document requires witnesses in addition to the notary, the witnesses must also be present at the Consulate General. Consular staff cannot serve as witnesses.
